About Mark

Mark Kelley has been working in the field of wireless technology development and wireless network design and planning since 1989 on all sides: leading the design efforts in GSM markets in Europe, developing a wireless system design team focusing on CDMA at QUALCOMM, as the CTO of the mobile service provider Leap Wireless and as General Manager of NextWave Broadband's Advanced Technology Group.
